About the Tournament

The Greater Kingsport Boys & Girls Club Foundation is hosting its annual charity golf tournament, set to tee off on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at the stunning Cattails at Meadowview Golf Course. This event promises a day of exciting golf, community engagement, and philanthropy, all in support of the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Kingsport.

Entry into the tournament includes:

• 18 holes of golf+ Green Fees + Cart
• Grab-n-Go breakfast provided at the start of the tournament
• Lunch is provided to all participants at the conclusion of the tournament

*A mulligan and gimmicks package can be purchased at the start of the tournament for $20

The purchase of a mulligan and gimmicks package provides entry to win door prizes

Proceeds go to support Club kids, provide financial assistance to families and help make it possible to expand club services to serve more kids.

With a "Shotgun*" start at 9:00am, participants are encouraged to arrive for check-in at 8:00 am to ensure a smooth registration process and to hit the greens on time.

*A shotgun start is a golf tournament format in which all groups of players tee off simultaneously from different holes. Each hole on a course will be the starting hole for one or more foursomes.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Signature Sponsor- $10,000

• Includes special recognition in ALL tournament literature and marketing.
• Entry for up to five teams to participate in the tournament
• Hole sponsorship for five holes.

Special Event Sponsor- $5,000

• Includes recognition as the Special Event sponsor for print and digital marketing, and on event signage.
• Entry for up to three teams to participate in the tournament
• Hole sponsorship for three holes.

Tournament All-Cart Sponsor- $2,500

• Includes recognition as the Tournament All-Cart sponsor for print and digital marketing, and signage on all golf carts in the tournament.
• Entry for up to two teams to participate in the tournament.
• Hole sponsorship for two holes.

First Responder Team Sponsor- $1,000

Important: Any sponsorship level can sponsor a First Responder Team

• Includes recognition as a First Responder team sponsor for print and digital marketing and on event signage.
• Supports the entry of one first responder team and exclusive team golf polo's for the team to wear in the tournament.

In 1998, The Greater Kingsport Boys & Girls Club Foundation was established to benefit, promote and support the purposes of the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Kingsport. Through their effort, Club alumnus receive scholarships to help provide financial assistance in their pursuit of post-high school degrees and certifications. Additionally, the Foundation distributes funds to the Club for capital expenses and yearly operational costs.
